In-Work Support
Islington Mind is collaborating with Hammersmith and Fulham Mind on an innovative project funded by Access to Work to support employees in work.

About us
The In-Work Programme supports people who are either returning to work or are already in employment and experiencing mental health problems.
Aim
Our aim is to maintain employees' mental health at work.
What help will I get from the programme?
- You will receive emotional support
- You will receive advice and practical solutions which will help you to cope better in your work
- We will support you in a crisis, if that occurs
- We will put you in touch with additional support services if appropriate
- If you wish, we will support you in talking to your employer about adjustments that will make your job more manageable
- If you wish, we can help you set up an action plan with your employer about what actions should be taken in case you become unwell
How do I access the service?
You can enter the programme if you live or work in Islington and consider yourself to have mental health issues. You can:
- Self-refer
