Mind Empower offers drop-in sessions, lunches and a wealth of activities as well as one-to-one key work and support for all Islington residents who experience mental health problems. We take referrals from all professional as well as self-referrals. We offer a safe and friendly space for people to socialise, learn new skills and share their interests.

Mind Empower offers volunteering opportunities in a supportive and non-judgmental environment as well as support to service users who are interested in sharing their skills with others through running peer groups.

Mind Empower runs a collaborative project with FoodCycle offering volunteering opportunities as well as a community meal every Wednesday to anyone in Islington who feels vulnerable, underprivileged or experiences hardship.
