Web Site

Check out the New Horizons web pages here.

Leisure Lounge

Hang out with Lisa and James in our animated information resource and discover masses of things to do, see and join around Islington. Let us know what you thought about the places you visited.

New Horizons Handbook

Search through our handbook for places to go for support in Islington. The site will be updated regularly so tell us what you thought of the places you used.

Peer Support Group

Our peer support group meets on a Wednesday afternoon 2-3.30pm at Ashley Road Day Centre. The group is open to anyone aged 16 to 25 who self-harms and feels able to talk about their experiences of self-harm or would like to be able to. The emphasis of the group will be practical rather than therapeutic, with an emphasis on exploring ways of coping and finding alternatives to self-harm. People will not be asked to sign a no self harm contract to join the group. People will be able to drop in and out of the group as they wish.
