The staff at Islington MIND come from a wide variety of social and ethnic backgrounds. This is to ensure that we are best able to meet the different needs of the Islington community. All our staff are highly trained and experienced in their specific areas, and extremely competent in many areas of mental health work.

Their greatest contribution is their tireless commitment to improving the lives of our clients and developing our clients' recovery and independence. To support our staff we provide excellent supervision and fair management systems; as is testified by our Investors in People award.
