Mental Health Recovery Pathway – Integrated Community Support
The Integrated Community Support service offers drop-in sessions, activities and subsidised lunch in our three centres in Islington.
ICS specialist teams
The Recovery team coordinates and oversees the administration of the Mental Health Recovery Pathway counselling / psychotherapy service. The team also aims to develop mental health awareness and recovery workshops and to deliver them to service users and to offer support and development programmes for Lead Mentors.
The Outreach team is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining working relationships with local partner organisations, ensuring Islington Mind utilises community strength and assets and feeds into the locality model of integrated health care.
The Service User Zone team supports service user and carer governance, complaints, feedback and peer-led activities, acting as a point of contact for service users. The team is also responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining systems that ensure that all the Mental Health Recovery Pathway’s provisions are co-produced and follow users’ needs and wishes.
The Open Access Community Spaces team is responsible for developing, organising, facilitating and overseeing the Mental Health Recovery Pathway ICS Communal Open Access drop-in spaces, a programme of activities and communal lunch provisions across three sites.
Volunteer Mentor team – helping with the recruitment, training, support and development programmes and performance monitoring of the Mental Health Recovery Pathway’s mentors and volunteers, offering them a regular point of contact.

Outcome – our LGBTQ+ specialist service.
Mother to Mother – our support provision for mothers and other women care-givers of people with mental health problems.
Chance4Young – our project supporting young adults.
Women Only space.
